I'm the creator of A+ Simulator, but this site is where I get to share a more personal side of life. I'm a lifelong Central Florida native, and I built Under the Sun to give you a little taste of what Florida living is really like — from where I've been, where I still am, and everywhere the sun takes me.
Growing Up Central Florida
I've watched this place grow from quiet neighborhoods into the metropolis it is today. Back when I was a kid, I rode my horse around my own neighborhood, and he lived right there on my property — long before anyone had ever heard the word "zoning." I lived close enough to Disney World that I could hear the nightly fireworks from my backyard. It was a different kind of Florida then, and I got to see it become what it is now.
Why "Under the Sun"
There is so much to do here — from the lakes to the beaches, the local dining to the theme parks and everything in between. Under the Sun is my way of sharing that with you: lifestyle, wellness, money, career, travel, home, spirituality, and even a few recipes along the way. A little bit of everything, all under one Florida sun — and beyond, since a good life isn't confined to one state.
